Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods .

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn and unused

  • are in their original condition

  • Returned including original packaging and any labels.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt .

Should an article:

  • faulty

  • or may have been delivered incorrectly

Items excluded from exchange and return

The following items are excluded from exchange or return:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene or care products (if applicable)

The fastest way to get a different item is:

  1. Return of the original item

  2. After the return has been confirmed, place a new order .



Right of withdrawal for orders within the European Union

For orders with a delivery address within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies, regardless of the reason.

The same applies here:

  • The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by email about:

  • the receipt of goods

  • the approval or rejection of the refund

If a return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed via the original payment method within 10 working days .

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a little longer for the amount to be visible in your account.
